New FinCen Reporting - 2024
If you are a small business owner, you just had another chore for your to-do list. The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) goes into effect on January 1, 2024. It imposes a new federal filing requirement for most corporations and limited liability companies (LLCs) with very few exceptions. Most small business owners must complete the required Beneficial Ownership Information filing by December 31, 2024 (if not before). Click on the link below for more information.

What if I told you that people are still sold into slavery today?
There are innocent people beaten, raped, and abused in modern day slavery and sex trafficking. Our collective work and impact goes beyond taxes. Richmond Tax Services, LLC is a proud supporter and Freedom Partner of International Justice Mission (IJM). A portion of our revenue is dedicated to support IJM, a global non-profit, whose goal is to stop modern day slavery and sex trafficking.
The difference that IJM makes is profound. I dare you read the story of Kashi and not be moved. The story of Kashi began with her being sold into slavery at 5 years old and then being raped daily in a brothel as a teenager. IJM coordinated her rescue and freedom. Kashi is now working with IJM to ensure other girls and women do not endure such atrocities. Aspire to make a difference!
